Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene or personal care items that have been opened or used

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@valenfit.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Valenfit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
