Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Valenfit is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Valenfit is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
